From topic to published article, in each blog's voice.

Every blog has its own guidelines and voice. Flowencia suggests topics, writes with you and publishes to WordPress.

Guided tour

  1. The readers and tone set in the blog's editorial charter are restated before each draft and carried into the text.

  2. Keyword, target length and section outline come from the brief. You can change them at any time.

  3. Generate the text, then have it rewritten with a note on what to change and what to keep.

  4. Every version and every suggestion is saved, and you can compare them.

  5. Read it through, save, then send it for correction. WordPress publishing is decided at the review step.

In detail

Every screen shown here comes from our demo client: nothing is mocked up.

Editorial charter

One charter per blog, with rules you can check.

The editorial profile starts from an analysis of the site and a questionnaire. Flowencia drafts the charter from it, then extracts the rules every text has to follow.

  • K9 Shop addresses readers formally and quotes prices in Swiss francs, never in euros.
  • Every article ends with “Le conseil de Marc”, a quote from the shop's dog trainer.
  • The word is “éducateur canin”, never “dresseur”, and no choke, prong or shock collar is ever recommended.
  • 8 rules extracted from the charter and checked on every text.

Checks

Every text is checked before approval.

SEO, language and charter rules, editing passes, fact check: each check returns a verdict. A point to review quotes the passage in question and says what to do.

  • “Voyager en voiture avec son chien : ce que dit la loi suisse”: 6 checks verified, 2 points to review.
  • An unsourced estimate, “several hundred kilos”: cite a source or rephrase.
  • The closing “Le conseil de Marc” section is missing, so the charter rule is flagged.
  • Scores for each version: naturalness 4 → 7, blog voice 8, SEO 7.

WordPress publishing

Publish, schedule or approve without publishing.

At the review step, you choose where the article lands on the client's WordPress site and when. The internal links planned by the cluster are checked just before.

  • Address planned in the cluster: k9-shop.ch/conseils/voyager-en-voiture-avec-son-chien.
  • Destination: an existing page or post, or new WordPress content.
  • The links in the text are compared with the cluster instructions before publishing.
  • Publish now, schedule, approve without publishing, or reject.

Tracking

The whole editorial pipeline in one list.

Every article has a status, from brief to live page. A published article keeps the link to its page on the client's site.

  • 15 articles for K9 Shop: 2 to write, 1 in progress, 1 to review, 11 published.
  • “Faut-il un manteau à son chien en hiver ?” is being written.
  • “Jouets d'intelligence : occuper son chien les jours de pluie” opens live on k9-shop.ch.
  • Search by title, sort by blog, status or last update.
