Credit top-ups and frequently asked questions

Before you find your rhythm.

Who is Flowencia for?

For agencies that run marketing for several clients: search, content, social media, advertising or prospecting. You must have the necessary rights to the websites and accounts you connect.

Are the modules included in every plan?

SEO and content writing are. Social media, Prospecting and Client portal are paid add-ons to a paid plan, at the price shown in the pricing. The Advertising module opens on request.

Can I manage several websites with my team?

Yes. Flowencia lets you move from your portfolio to work on each client. The number of websites, team members and available capabilities depends on your plan, as detailed in the pricing above.

How do I access my website’s copilot?

Open a website, then the “Site assistant” button. An AI account must be connected to that website’s organization, and you need an owner or editor role to use it. Performance analysis requires a Search Console connection. This initial scope is read-only: the assistant does not edit or publish your content.

Do I need to connect my Google account?

You can create an account and use the features that are independent of Google. Search Console and Analytics analyses require their connection. Business Profile has its own connection, which you can choose separately.

How does the AI use my data?

AI features process the information needed for the requested task. For example, to prepare a reply to a review, the review text, the reviewer's name, their rating, and recent replies are sent to the configured AI provider. Details are provided in the privacy policy.

Does Flowencia publish my replies automatically?

Preparing a draft reply to a Google review does not publish it. You can review and edit it before publishing.

How do I delete my data?

The account settings let you request its deletion. You can also contact access@flowencia.net. Revoking a Google authorization alone does not delete data already imported.
